IMPRV is a service offered by The Minery Ltd. ("IMPRV"). This is IMPRV's privacy policy. This document explains IMPRV's policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. IMPRV is strongly committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of its customers and abides by applicable privacy legislation.
IMPRV provides services and tools that aid in job performance and customer service performance.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
IMPRV collects information by various methods including information actively provided by its customers, information about the use of its website, and information collected through the provision of its services, such as though its mystery shopper and training programs.

These reports are used to evaluate aggregate visitor usage to optimise the content, and its marketing, to better meet your needs.
We abide by any "do not track" or other privacy choices made by individuals when using our websites or online services.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
This information is used to provide our services to our customers. IMPRV will never sell your information to a third party, or share it with any other organization for marketing purposes. IMPRV may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals. This information could be for various other uses for IMPRV and third parties.
WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
IMPRV may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist IMPRV's uses disclosed herein. Personal information about staff of IMPRV's customers and staff of those customer's dealer or retail networks is shared with the staff's employer, and where IMPRV's customer is an entity selling product through a dealer or retailer, to that customer. IMPRV does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.
We may use subcontractors located in Canada or the United States to process and store personal information. More information can be obtained from our Privacy Officer.
SECURITY
Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information. IMPRV follows security standards to protect the confidentiality of personal information so it is used for the intended purposes.
ACCESSING INFORMATION
Individuals may review their personal information contained in IMPRV files by contacting IMPRV's Privacy Officer. If you believe that any of your personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.
GENERAL
IMPRV may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how IMPRV uses or discloses personal information already held by IMPRV in a material way, IMPRV will obtain consent.
